What it does

• 🏆 Best Sellers & rankings: top 100 per category with rank, from Best Sellers, New Releases, Movers & Shakers or Most Wished For. Product research and trend spotting for sellers.
• 🌍 21 marketplaces, each with its ISO currency (USD, INR, SGD, JPY, GBP, EUR, AED...).
• 💰 Pricing: current price and list/strike-through price.
• ⭐ Ratings & reviews: average star rating and review count.
• 🆔 ASIN & media: ASIN, brand and product image for every result.
• 🏷️ Sponsored flag: each search result is marked organic or sponsored.

Amazon only renders details for about 30 of the 50 products on each ranking page. The other 20 come with rank, asin and url, plus detailsAvailable: false. Paste their URLs into startUrls to get full details.

⚠️ = Amazon.com, .co.uk and .de currently put a bot challenge in front of search and product pages. This Actor doesn't try to get past it: those requests are retried from a fresh IP, then skipped, and nothing is charged. Best Sellers rankings work on every marketplace we tested, including the US, so for US product research use bestSellerCategories. – = not tested yet.

Why residential proxies? Amazon limits busy IPs. If it returns its block page, the Actor waits and retries from a fresh IP. It never tries to solve captchas.

Can I get data by ASIN? Yes. Paste https://www.amazon.<domain>/dp/<ASIN> into startUrls.
