Dubai Land Department (DLD) transactions API
The Dubai Land Department publishes registered property transactions, but only through a web page that is slow to use for analysis. This scraper turns it into clean rows you can chart, join and monitor.
Choose a date range and transaction type (sales, mortgages or other), and get totals by community, project and property type, in English and Arabic.

FAQ
Can I get individual unit transactions?
No. The public page only shows totals by community, project and type. Per-unit records need a Dubai Pulse login, which this scraper doesn't use.
How far back does the data go?
Any date range the DLD page accepts, including several years back.
Need a different source or field?
